Strength Training

Strength Training

No fitness program is complete without proper Strength Training in the basic barbell lifts. Machines don't cut it and at worst are dangerous. A valuable fitness program needs to employ the following exercises:

  • Squats
  • Presses
  • Deadlifts
  • Bench Presses

Women and men alike benefit from a properly coached and guided Strength Program. Easily scaled to anyones ability from 1.25 lbs up to "beast mode".
Conditioning

Conditioning

Sweaty, muscle-burning, heart-pounding workouts. Have fun for a change while exercising. Each workout is different than the last so you are always challenged. Look forward to your workouts for a change.

Our conditioning prepares you for daily life. We get you stronger, faster and more agile. We strongly believe this to be one of the best things CrossFit has brought to the fitness world. No more endless jogging or treadmill hours necessary. Come in and experience it for yourself.
Coaching and Support

Coaching and Support

Every time you workout you are under the guidance of a certified CrossFit Trainer. Their goal is to teach you how to perform each exercise properly and improve each time you train here. The support doesn't end there... you can get nutritional advice from the staff as well so your body composition and recovery can be optimized outside the gym.

And let's not forget the people that workout here. You will not find a more dedicated and supportive environment of fellow members, anywhere. Everyone is here with a common goal to help each other excel at fitness.
