Back to Basics! Developing a strong foundation for your CrossFit journey starts with building proper movement techniques. Beginning Saturday, June 30th at 8:30am and running through August 18th, CrossFit EPOC will offer a “Back to Basics” course. There is no minimum fitness level required. Build up to your first pull up, learn effective rowing techniques, fly through your burpees, and lift with confidence! Our goal is to help you succeed! Come out and join the fun!
Our 8 week Back to Basics course is available to the community. You do not have to be a member to attend! Non-member pricing is $20 per session. As an extra incentive, if you join CrossFit EPOC during one of our Back to Basics sessions, you will receive half off of your first 3 months membership!
