No fitness program is complete without proper Strength Training in the basic barbell lifts. Machines don't cut it and at worst are dangerous. A valuable fitness program needs to employ the following exercises:

  • Deadlifts

Women and men alike benefit from a properly coached and guided Strength Program. Easily scaled to anyones ability from 1.25 lbs up to "beast mode".

Coaching and Support

Every time you workout you are under the guidance of a certified CrossFit Trainer. Their goal is to teach you how to perform each exercise properly and improve each time you train here. The support doesn't end there... you can get nutritional advice from the staff as well so your body composition and recovery can be optimized outside the gym.
