This will help you decide how to choose all of your sets for testing your 1 Rep Max. Choose a weight you believe you can lift. If you have no idea of your 1RM but have a multi-rep max click here to get an estimated 1RM. Bench, Press, Squat or Deadlifts. Not for Olympic Weightlifting.
