I've been at crossfit Epoc since may 2011 .after recovering from ankle surgery I needed to get back in shape and a friend recommended crossfit Epoc.When I first started I was a little nervous but the people there were so supportive and Paul was always helping me learn the basics and techniques, I grew to love it. the challenges are every time I walk in to get stronger ,faster ,mobility .
