I want to start off by saying that I never write reviews or recommend places because I worry others might not like my recommendation. CrossFit EPOC is definitely an exception, I can't imagine anyone not liking this place. I used to workout at local gyms (I tried 3 of them) and I never felt comfortable lifting around other people and men that hog up the equipment.
